@Rhona Ann Proxenos both also have a HIGH prevalence of type 2 diabetes, so even though they get the sunshine, it's possible the available D may be routed into insulin production instead of immune response, cuz ya know immediate coma kinda more concerning than maybe lung and heart failure later on.

Our vitamin D deficiency, I believe started because we were told years ago, that fats, cheese, butter, eggs, milk etc were bad for us, we would get fat and high cholesterol, which will cause heart attacks, we were also told that we must slap on sun cream, the higher the factor the better, not only on ourselves, but our babies in order to protect from the sun, now people are refusing to eat meat, for whatever reason. I must stress though that I am in no way a dr and I respect people’s choices. These ideas all bought about fear and confusion, so we trusted what we were told. Now, we are seeing the results of processed foods, fad diets and fear. Education would benefit if we knew how our bodies really work, knowing our blood groups and learning how to cook again. Thank you so much for this video.

I think correlation is the word here. There's also a correlation between people who use snow tires and increased instances of influenza though. The environmental conditions impact both groups. Your study is only looking at the middle part of the Venn Diagram and settling on a conclusion. If I'm staying indoors, with my family, because it's cold, wet and dark outside most of the time, a: I'm also more likely to catch flu, b: I'm living in an area that requires snow tires.

A comment about why pregnant women may be more at risk - when the pregnancy hormones are elevated, cardiovascular function is reduced. Same as when women are on hormones from birth control. I haven’t seen anything about studies of women on birth control hormones, but I’d imagine it would be a risk similar to being pregnant. Birth control hormones increase the risk of blood clotting which is also a risk of covid infection.

I could not wear a pair of shorts in the summer.I would cover up my arms with a long sleeve shirt so people wouldn’t be able to see the psoriasis.I heard a doctor say that vitamin D3 cures psoriasis.I have had uvb treatments and have been prescribed creams and the creams didn’t work. It is interesting to note that the governments of all scandinavien countries i.e. Norway, Sweden, Finnland and Denmark have for years supplemented their foods with vitamin D. This is an extremely interesting video because Dr. Seheult carefully explains what actually happens inside your body with an intake of vitamin D. I am 77 and since the outbreak of COVID-19 have been taking 5000 IU vitamin D, 200mg of vitamin C, 25mg zinc and 400mg magnesium, daily, and feel quite healthy and confident that if I should get the virus it would be mild. I refuse to get tested and refuse the vaccine.

Like any food, drink or medication. Take in moderation: The main consequence of vitamin D toxicity is a buildup of calcium in your blood (hypercalcemia), which can cause nausea and vomiting, weakness, and frequent urination. Vitamin D toxicity might progress to bone pain and kidney problems, such as the formation of calcium stones.
